Is there a nightly minimum?

Absolutely! Elk River Management prides itself on providing a family-friendly environment, with access to exciting outdoor activities like hiking on the Jackson Creek Trail and proximity to family-friendly attractions in the surrounding areas.

When is check in/ check out?

Are pets allowed?

Extremely convenient! Elk River Management’s close proximity to Bridger Bowl Ski Resort, Big Sky Ski Resort, and opportunities for backcountry skiing, along with access to the Jackson Creek Trail, ensures a plethora of outdoor adventure options right at your fingertips.

Where are you located?

The Quinn Peaks Retreat House and Guest House are located in the mountains on a wooded 30 acre property, just 25 minutes from Bozeman and Livingston MT.

Is there a nightly minimum?

The minimum stay at the Quinn Peaks Retreat House and Guest House is 2 nights.

When is check in/ check out?

Check in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check out is at 11:00 AM or earlier.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed at Quinn Peaks with an additional non-refundable pet fee. The pet fee for the Quinn Peaks Retreat House is $250, and the pet fee for the Quinn Peaks Guest House is $150. If you are staying in the Retreat House, there are outdoor kennels available under the deck for your convenience if needed.              

What activities are there to do in the Bozeman/Livingston area?

There is no shortage of acitivities to enjoy during your stay in the Bozeman/Livingston MT area. During the summer months you can enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking backpacking, ATV trails, rafting, tubing, mountain biking, trail running, and horseback riding. During the winter months, you can enjoy pristine snowmobile trails, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, ice fishing, and hot springs. The Quinn Peaks Retreat House and Guest House are conveniently located just half an hour from the Bridger Bowl Ski area, an hour and a half from Big Sky Ski Resort, and an hour and a half from Yellowstone National Park’s north gate. Is there high-speed Wi-Fi available at Quinn Peaks?

Yes, there is Starlink broadband satellite internet available for guest use at Quinn Peaks.

What food options are there in the area?

Please see our Food, Art & Relaxation page for a list of our favorite restaurants in Bozeman and Livingston. If you have a homecooked feast at Quinn Peaks in mind, the closest grocery store to stock up is Town & Country Foods, with a variety of other shopping destinations in Bozeman.

What's your policy for cancellations?

Our Quinn Peaks cancellation policy offers a 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees.

When is the best time to visit?

Visiting the Bozeman/Livinston Montana area is magical all year round. During the summer months you can enjoy warm days and cool nights in the beautiful green mountains, and in the winter you can enjoy a winter wonderland of hot springs and world-class skiing, snowmobiling, and more.
